@scottkuru: Victoria is at a turning point. No matter where you sit politically, I think every Victorian should be asking one question: Has the past decade left the state better off? Because markets move in cycles. When governments change, policy can change. When policy changes, confidence can return. And when confidence returns, economies and property markets can recover.
