Over 1,000 people packed into Strasburg, CO (pop. ~3,400) in 90-degree heat for a 30-minute stop with this 1.2-million-pound beast. Love this! I had the opportunity to catch up with it in a test run one night a few years ago. Hearing that whistle carry across the plains under a sky full of stars was amazing! Glad you and your uncle got to see it!
