They more than likely tried entering legally before recording started but old mate with the camera would have refused as his site is probably riddled with safety issues

They did not enter unlawfully they were responding to a Work health safety concern they have a legal right to enter Site if there is a major safety concern

Hold up, what you are actually watching is a builder trying to use red tape, to hold up a union from forcing them in to addressing safety issues, “let’s do an induction” lets sit in the offices for an hour while there are safety issues, or poor working conditions… well good on the CFMEU who went straight down to the problem area, and said let’s talk down here…
