Dr Shadzè on point as always! 🤝🏾 If I may add,..... In meetings, apply this principle by not forcing to be the first to speak but by being the last or at least one of the last to speak. That way, you can listen to what others are saying to enable you to fine-tune what you have to say without talking too much. And if someone else has previously mentioned parts of yours, don't panic; simply acknowledging them in yours (ideally by their names) puts you on a higher level of respect, and you come across as both a team player and somone others would be willing to work with or even work for. Thanks Dr. 👊🏽
