I'm 64 and a bit embarrassed to admit... 😔 At 62, I looked in the mirror and genuinely did not recognize the exhausted woman staring back at me. 💸 I spent an embarrassing amount of money on expensive firming creams before I finally admitted they were doing absolutely nothing for my sagging skin. 🤫 I didn't tell anybody when I started researching biohacking and cellular repair. I thought my friends would judge me for not just "aging gracefully" and accepting my tired face. 💔 I had to let go of the excuse that my genetics were just "bad" and accept that my daily habits were aging me. 💛 I spent decades taking care of everyone else. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, my cells literally ran out of energy and forgot how to repair themselves. 🥺 I felt so vain for wanting to look youthful in my 50s. It took me years to stop apologizing for wanting to feel vibrant and confident in my own skin. 🧬 The biggest turning point wasn't a surface treatment—it was admitting the problem was internal. I started taking Liposomal NMN every single morning to wake my dying cells back up. It was the only thing that gave my body the literal fuel to rebuild my skin from the inside out. (I linked the exact one I rely on in my bio). 🎥 To this day, I still get nervous posting these videos and putting myself out there. 🤝 I would rather have 2 or 3 close friends who support my health goals than a room full of people who want me to stay tired and stagnant. Nobody tells you that rebuilding your health and your skin is not an overnight glow-up montage. It is quiet. It is slow. It happens on a deep cellular level that is mostly invisible to everyone around you at first. But it is the most important work you will ever do for yourself. If you are in the middle of your own cellular rebrand and want to see the exact daily steps I took to get my glow back… Comment the word "Routine" below, and I will DM the free guide "Ageless Ritual" straight to your inbox! Make sure you are following me (so my DM doesn’t get stuck in your hidden requests!) ✨💌 . . . #womenover50 #cellularhealth #aginggracefully #nmnsupplement #GlowUp

Here’s something most families are never told: cremation does not have to involve fire. Fireless cremation, also called water cremation or alkaline hydrolysis, uses water, an alkaline solution, gentle heat, and circulation to accelerate the same breakdown that naturally occurs after burial. The soft tissue is reduced to its basic components, while the bones remain. Those bones are carefully removed, dried, and processed into a powder that can be returned to the family in an urn—similar to what families receive following flame cremation. I think it is important to explain that part because “water cremation” can sound unfamiliar or even unsettling when you don’t understand the process. The person is not being washed away. Their remains are handled with dignity, and the family still receives something tangible to bury, scatter, keep, or memorialize. The biggest difference is that the body is not exposed to flames. There is no smoke coming from a cremation chamber, and the process generally requires much less energy than burning a body at extremely high temperatures. This is a real form of final disposition, and families deserve to know it exists before they are asked to make one of the most important decisions of their lives. #watercremation #firelesscremation
