honestly, it could be the renovations, she could be stressed or on edge due to all the people and construction going on. a lot of border collies (i’m assuming that’s her breed lol) they do tend to struggle with change, especially big change, potentially see the vet to get her on some calming tablets so she isn’t on edge, this irrational behaviour cause be all due to the reno’s

Possibly be a good idea to get her bloods done too! I’ve known dogs to act like this & end up with cancer (both treatable & non treatable) fingers crossed it’s nothing serious!!! I say this as my non affectionate cat is laying on my tummy rn😂

I think it definitely has to deal with the house Reno’s she’s anxious doesn’t underwear is happening! I’d recommend if you can I know your both busy working but if there’s Reno’s happening at the house one to take for a walk or a play outside do something positive with her that she enjoys
