Paul and Dan cancelled my booking at around 1:00 am the night before check-in without any notice or explanation. When I tried to contact them to find out what had happened, I discovered I had been blocked. To make matters worse, I contacted Airbnb and was told the booking had been cancelled for “personal reasons.” However, the accommodation was still available to book on Airbnb afterwards.

I had issues with the guy to - he is. Awful host - he stole over $3000 from us the first week when the big C hit I had a month long booking and he would not let us cancel…. We couldn’t even leave our house let alone go to Melbourne. Worst host every Airbnb should ban them.

Holy shit we had to deal with them too! They took our money then waited a day before the booking and cancelled it they left a note on our booking “users are young will most likely have a party” the Airbnb staff told us the note they left and still wouldn’t help us with getting our money back lol
