Had a lady ask for her “cup of chino” to be “extra hot” I told her if I made it hotter than normal, it would taste shit (not in those exact words) because milk burns. She told me “Oh it does not 🙄 just make it extra hot poloise” guess who came back 3 mins later yelling about how I needed to be retrained because “this is the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted” and “I said EXTRA hot NOT BOILING HOT” and scoffed and said “I think NOT!” when I asked if she wanted me to make her another one because “I can’t taste a thing now!” 😂😂

I had a customer want a flat white extra froth and chocolate ontop and I asked if she wanted a cappuccino and said gave me the dirtiest look and said "did i ask for a cappuccino or did I ask for the flat white with extra froth and chocolate on top" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 girl be so ffr

Today at my local cafe/pub in a very small rural town in the middle of nowhere in southern qld a woman came in and asked for “cold drip with cold foam” poor old Bev on the coffee machine handled it well!

Ok legit q peeps, please be nice. I ask for a single shot small long black with a dash of oat milk. Is this ok? I always ask the baristas how I should order it and they smile and say just like that but I worry I’m being a Karen 😬 The reason I ask for single shot is because some cafes do a double for small long blacks. Help?!?!

Oh it gets on my nerves…I was asked the other day for a latte with no milk..I asked if it was alternative milk they wanted..they said ‘no I want a latte with no milk’ I tried to explain, didn’t want to hear it so I gave them an espresso, that was wrong too apparently, they had an AMERICANO!! 😭 I don’t get where they spawn from

We had a customer who used to get a cappuccino with chocolate & 10 sugars and then always come back and complain and ask for it to be remade because there was too much froth so we started to make her a flat white with chocolate and give her five sugars and not 10 because im sure anything after 5 tasted no different!!

Bahaha this is my mum ordering coffee 😂 makes me want to sink into the floor when I’m with her. Pretty much this order but hers is half strength too, and she gets grumpy at the staff. She did it at my daughter’s work recently and the girl serving said to my daughter, gosh she’s a grumpy old lady. My daughter replied that’s my nan 😂

Yeah so I work in a bakery in a small town that mainly contains elderly peeps. Unfortunately the people who serve sometimes aren’t too smart. Here are some of the following things that have come up on my screen; extra hot long black, latte with no milk, babychino with no milk, hot chocolate no chocolate ect… very unfortunate times..

best one I've heard was can I get a exta small expresso.... give them a shot.. "piccolo" they say what is this? I go thats a small expresso? as you never said milk or sugar so that's ur shot of expresso!!.. they say how silly of course I meant with milk and sugar... well next time say milk and how many sugars.... lol
