The procession marks one of the most emotional moments since Beast's sudden death, with mourners singing, praying, and walking alongside the hearse in honour of a leader many described as fearless, outspoken, and deeply committed to the welfare of students. Organisers have also announced that immediately after the procession, students will plant trees in his memory as they officially launch the "Beast Corner"—a permanent memorial that will serve as a symbol of his legacy at TUM. Further funeral arrangements indicate that the Catholic Church will oversee the burial, which is scheduled for August 8, 2026.
