You don’t cross a bridge in one giant step. You cross it one step at a time. 🌉💪 Today I got my movement in next to the iconic Tower Bridge, and it felt like the perfect metaphor for this whole journey. When I was 122.9kg, the person I wanted to become felt like they were standing on the other side of a massive bridge. So I stopped worrying about how far away the other side was and concentrated on today’s step. One workout. One better meal. One walk. One promise kept. Then do it again tomorrow. Eventually those individual choices become habits, and those habits start changing who you are. That’s why daily movement has become non-negotiable for me. It doesn’t always need to be hard—it just needs to keep me moving forwards. CROSS THE BRIDGE WITH ME 👇 Try these Tai Chi-inspired movements for 60 seconds each: 1️⃣ Lymphatic Hops 2️⃣ Body Waves 3️⃣ Trunk Twists 4️⃣ Arm Swings 5️⃣ Dead Arms 6️⃣ Golf Swings 7️⃣ Marches 8️⃣ Ballet Squats 9️⃣ Horse Stance Want to follow the full 9-minute routine with me? ▶️ Search MyDisciplineDrive on YouTube or click the link in my bio. 👇 Comment “DONE” if you joined in—or tell me what day you’re on if you’ve been following the journey! FULL TRANSPARENCY: These movements didn’t make me lose the weight or build this muscle. Going from 122.9kg → as low as 76.2kg and building my physique has involved: ✅ A high-protein, calorie-controlled diet ✅ Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) ✅ TRT after discovering low testosterone ✅ Progressive weight training 3–4x a week ✅ 12,000+ steps most days ✅ Running/cardio ✅ Good hydration & supplements ✅ And consistently showing up There wasn’t one magic exercise. I just kept building the bridge between the person I was and the person I wanted to become. And I’m still crossing it. 🌉❤️ 📤 Share this with someone who’s at the beginning of their bridge. Sometimes they just need reminding that the next step is enough.
