Ok hear me out if he doesn’t know and he believes it a threat why not just lower it? There’s no need for belligerence. In training for active sh**ter we learn to put your hands up why? THE COPS DONT KNOW WHO THE PERPETRATORS ARE. Tensions are already high but sure act like that
