If she literally had her ID why do you need more security measures??? That’s weird and never heard of that. I bank with chase and took out 9k once and just needed my ID and chase card.

I just went through the same thing. The bank said they would send a pin to my phone. I had to go out to my car to get to my phone. Did I want to go to all that trouble???—-no I did not. But I understood it was their process. I went out to the car , got my phone , came back into the bank. Got my cash and left. This has nothing to do with being black .

Everyone saying that should be enough, would you still say that’s enough if I find a wallet or purse and take the ID and debit card to the bank and withdraw everything? The PIN number and 2FA verify the holder of the cards is the actual account owner

I have a huge problem with u this and I side with a woman you have ID and a credit card to back it up give me my money. Those Bank rules are stupid. Her ID and a credit card should be enough that proves who she is.
