I paid 4K for a week at one of those elaborate Disney Airbnb’s. It was the Airbnb of broken things. Everything was broken. The stove, dryer, pool filter, light switches, hair dryers, even the fancy slide in the kids room, broken. Everything was broken and all I got the whole time was “we have contacted management”. Nothing was ever fixed. Never got a dime back and the part that pissed me off more than anything was, we had a 10am check out. At 9:30 I’m drinking a coffee on the back patio before I leave and here comes a strange man and a power washer. Just walked right in, didn’t acknowledge my existence and just started power washing while I sat there. It was 9:30. Needless to say, it’s hotels from now on.

Friend, why do you love Airbnb after this bullshit? I will not use them. Look up videos about safety for women and owners not changing key codes between guests. We love a hotel.
