recipes like this rarely ever taste good due to the random mixture of ingredients that don't go together and were meant specifically for something else like the olive garden dressing. It may be great on a green salad, but mixed and blended with milk pasta cream cheese etc doesn't sound like a genius food hack as much as it sounds like a desperate attempt to make something with a flavor you liked while not understanding you liked it when it was used properly. Using it as the flavor foundation with other things with incompatible flavor profiles (like rotisserie chicken) as she did sounds nauseating
