Warning: Please be careful with HBL Bank* I want to share my personal experience so others don’t face the same issue. I have been an HBL customer for 20+ years. Recently, scammers posing as the bank’s own team sent me SMS messages. As soon as I clicked on the link in the message, my mobile was hacked. They transferred Rs. 213,000 from my account. When I filed a complaint with the bank, they registered it. But after one month they closed my case without any notice. When I called, they said it was "my fault" because I shared the OTP and authorized the transfer. There appears to be no security and no support for victims. Please be very careful. Use HBL at your own risk. I am extremely disappointed with HBL
