Sometimes it just highlights something you forgot to explain. 💯 This customer (great to meet you at the Octaride btw) thought their hoodie had a manufacturing defect because they couldn’t adjust the elbow armour. Turns out… there wasn’t a fault at all. We designed the armour pockets different to make the hoodie more comfortable by hiding the Velcro behind a mesh lining. The downside? If you don’t know how it works, it can be confusing. That’s on us. We’ll be adding instructions so it’s crystal clear moving forward. It’s a good reminder that not every review points to a bad product. Sometimes it’s simply a communication gap. Would you have known how to access the armour? 👇
