Looks delicious. You can clean the oil. Heat oil to about 350 degrees. Mix about 2 tbl cornstarch with about 2 c of water. CAREFULLY & SLOWLY pour in oil. I know it sounds counter productive but it works. Stir and let the debris attach itself to the cornstarch. It's gonna be like a "glob" but trust the process. I usually initially stir very slowly to get the debris from the bottom to the top where the "glob" is. After about 8 or 9 minutes it will be this "globby thing-a-ma-jig" sitting on the top. Throw it out and your oil will be fabulous! 😁 I'm definitely trying this recipe!
