For anybody asking for part two, in shorter words, the mom tried to blame the dad for not having an inhaler himself and living 2 hours away, milo ending up dying because his head swelled up so much his body couldnt handle it, after he died, the mom still made no contact or effort to see milo and the dad was left sad

I mean... that's just false I know it's a fake story but asthma is treated with albuteral or however it's spelt I grew up either extreme asthma ambulances carry plenty of it and they'd pump his entire airway full of it because it's a steroid that would force the airway open

as an EMT, and someone with pretty bad asthma, my rescue inhaler is a combination of albuteral and steroids, bc normal albuteral wasn't working. but ambulances have albuteral, whats called duoneb whish is like my inhaler, magnesium (smooth muscle relaxer, and brochodilater) and some sort of steroid that helps (I can't think of the name rn.) so the paramedics had things to help. even if their protocols r different than ours they should have many things to help
