For everyone saying it doesn't alter mental state: I want you to work directly with a cigarette smoker that cannot take their scheduled smoke break for a few hours and then back to this comment section. When you cannot feed an addiction it absolutely alters your brain and mood.

"but cigs dont alter ur mind" one yes they do n two certain people like myself dont get "high" off a few hits. when i take a few hits i become "normal" n my brain slow down enough for me to actually think n feel comfortable without actually being high cuz i have bad anxiety n ADD n other mental shi. but also i dont think anyone should be smoking on the job period
