Lee Campbell :
for everyone here, I spent the better part of my life completely masked to everyone. my wife called me a shell of a man one time, said It was like I didn't feel anything, and honestly I really couldn't figure out why or what I felt. I was depressed, anxious, stressed, lost. for me personally, I found out I had undiagnosed ADHD and now I can see the future for me and my family, now I can understand why my brain was shutting down, the burn out. and now I feel so much better and I'm set on re growing relationships, re building my business, and the most important part - growing with my family again.
Some things are outside of your control, and if you feel like this, really try to find your symptoms, and get help. sometimes life is harder than it is actually suppose to be and it's outside of your control. usually if you've spent years masking it's hard to even recognize your symptoms.
always try to think positive, stop calling yourself names, start exercising, even if all you can muster is a short walk.
I wish everyone the best and I wish everyone here could find their way and enjoy their own brains instead of demising them.
