Unless you’re full on vibecoding not doing anything besides saying build this. Not thinking nothing then sure I understand. But after using it for a while at work, it becomes more of a tool. I can do whatever, fast, iterate protype, refactor, re-build. But that requires that you think about it, and you start to think as an architect who build systems, then it becomes more way more fun. AI gives as the ability to make more complex, better and smoother expiriences IF the developer is not lazy

15 years ago it was the copy-paste interface between stackoverflow and your code editor. We kinda just optimized the search interface, that gives us the snippets of code, we glue together into software. I bet, googling “programming renamed googling stackoverflow” will still find you old blog posts from that time, making fun about that shift across the industry, back then 🤣💖
