Togo, Balto, the other sled dogs, their two gushers.. all of them carried so much on that sleigh. The fact it's based off a true story always makes me cry. That medicine saved so many children and people of that town.

Can I do a little nerdy imo opinion thing? Something about this version of Balto specifically felt like there was a lesson of discrimination that could be applied to mix raced individuals. As a child watching this movie and then have mixed race friends made me look at any form of bullying against them based on that as wrong - so that just my person connection. Balto being part wolf and “acceptable dog” and white vs any race a racist deems beneath them

I hate people that whenever its a video of the movie balto all they talk abt it togo. Like yes he did more distance and is less credited for everything he did but that doesn't mean balto did nothing and deserves no credit

I’m still so sad that no one know Togo even tho he was the one who saved the village, not balto. Togo ran 420km while balto only 80km. And Togo was an old dog. There’s a film abt it, it’s perfection
