Dog whose boundaries have clearly had multiple boundaries crossed throughout his life. I don’t understand why you’d say most dogs like being pet on the head when a study has been released that it raises the stress levels and heart rate in most dogs.

This is definitely concerning behavior, but I would really love to see what led up to that moment. Were they annoying the dog beforehand? Was the dog giving clear signals that they didn't like that? Were those signals ignored? Either way it is a big issue, but it becomes a much bigger issue if the dog did this ONLY because someone tried to pet them.

They most likely where teasing him before the video and he probably warned them multiple times to stop I don't like that lunging at them is a last resort correction from the dog. If he wanted to bite he would have bitten he harshly corrected her for something he didn't like. Especially going over the head the dog might be head shy theres always a reason for a dog to correct a person. Rarely ever is true aggression you don't know what happened before the video
