This is terrible customer service. They’re not refunding ‘food’, he didn’t get any food, they’re just refunding his ticket essentially. I thought this was our local kfc because they’re terrible here.

I worked at KFC from 2010-2012 and I would refund people all the time. The kid is being extra by not refunding his order. Needless to say I never worked fast food again steer that.

These kids don’t deserve to be harassed for doing their job. This man got all pissy because they didn’t make change fast enough. He had already placed his order and paid for it. The transaction was complete. Changing his mind after the fact is on him. The refund policy is clearly displayed. The customer just needs to adjust his attitude. This is all on him.

Yeah just so everyone is aware; when places say “we can’t do a refund” what they really mean is “we have the option and ability to under certain circumstances, but we’ll be the ones who decided when it’s okay”.
