Today is day zero. The stem cell transplant where today is the start of when it will start to get very difficult. The morphine kicked in and each day we get about 30 mins of him being happy and a baby which we wanted to share. You can see in his mouth he is starting to get sores which are starting on his tongue :( these will get a lot worse and then do through his throat, stomach and digestive track. It will be painful on top of the nausea and diarrhea. The chemo has done a number on his skinn too as you can see the rashes and discoloration.
