The quiet is so strange at first for sure. On my day 1 I got out of bed easily, showered and went to town to pick up a new book and a jumper I saw days prior. Got home and managed to get some house work done, realised how much easier life should be and cried 😅 Happy to hear these are helping you so far! Even if not as much as hoped.
