(👇recipe) Low Cal, High Protein Taco Bell Grilled Cheese Burrito @MenuFit.app code NICKKAZ for a FREE trial 🗣️🗣️ Are you FOLLOWING @nickkaz.fit Once you follow, tap “Following” on my profile and hit “Add to Favorites” so you never miss a video! — First ever low cal, high protein recipe generator app linked in bio, announcing soon ✳️ Makes 6 Burritos 395 Cals, 40g Carbs, 12g Fat, 40g Protein - I 2x recipe to get 12 in the video - I also stacked 10 which was almost 500g protein I referred to ❇️ Ingredients for Beef Filling: ½ Medium Onion, finely diced 1.25 lb (567g) 93/7 Ground Beef 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning 120mL (½ Cup) Chicken Broth ½ Can Diced Tomatoes, drained Salt and Pepper, to taste ❇️ Ingredients for Chipotle Sauce: 170g Nonfat Greek Yogurt 3 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo 15g (1 tbsp) Adobo Sauce Juice of ½ Lime 1g (½ tsp) Garlic Powder Pinch of Salt ❇️ Cheese: 60g (about ½ Cup) Fat-Free Shredded Cheese 30g (about ¼ Cup) Reduced-Fat Shredded Cheese 90g (about ¾ Cup) Reduced-Fat Shredded Cheese, for outside ❇️ Remaining Ingredients: 6 Large Low-Calorie Tortillas 300g (about 2 Cups) Cooked Mexican Rice 90g (6 tbsp) Queso Nonstick Cooking Spray ❇️ Instructions: 1. Cook the diced onion in a sprayed pan over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes. 2. Add the beef and taco seasoning. Break apart and cook until almost browned. 3. Add the drained diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer until the liquid reduces and the beef becomes thick and juicy. 4. Blend all chipotle sauce ingredients until smooth. 5. Add the following to each tortilla: 50g (about ⅓ Cup) Cooked Mexican Rice, 15g (1 tbsp) Queso, 10g (about 1 tbsp + 1 tsp) Fat-Free Shredded Cheese, 5g (about 2 tsp) Reduced-Fat Shredded Cheese, About 2 tbsp Chipotle Sauce, ⅙ of the Beef Mixture 6. Tightly roll each burrito. 7. Add 15g (about 2 tbsp) reduced-fat shredded cheese to the pan in a long burrito shape. 8. Place the folded side of the burrito directly onto the cheese.
