Can you do a video about deflating a saline implant and leaving it inside long term? My PS suggested that to get the weight off my chest because insurance won’t cover explant and reduction. I was a small D after I got them 20 years ago and now I’m a G.

That’s gotta be so annoying. So your boob goes flat then suddenly you have to go in for a revision otherwise you’re just tipping to one side
