Broke Trauma Tip: Contact your local seminary and university doctoral programs, continuing education programs for MSW and Counseling. Many of them have therapitizers who are working under supervision and need people in sinking boats to teach how to shoot gators. Call them. Ask for help. You’d be doing a good deed.

These are great but sometimes the numbing substance can’t be let go of without the others in place first. Having support, taking care of your body and therapy and some type of faith make it possible to put down the substance. I don’t write anyone off because they’re using, they need ppl and tools first🖤just my 2 cents but I love these and your delivery
