Ok, I really don’t want to hate on anyone or wish sb death ( as I’ve heard some people start doing which is completely out of mind) or ague (lets just discuss it peacefully if you want to talk about this) but I want to just leave my point here. As a Ukrainian I understand that he’s always been talking about unity and I love the idea of all humans being together but… He’s always been saying things about russia (jackaas, russian passport, other stories with that language) and only few little things about Ukraine such as Єдність on the merch. I sometimes feel a bit left out and overlooked… I felt also hurt by this song as it was released during such a difficult time for many people, and I’ve seen too much of a pain to just close my eyes on such a “inspiring” song towards the terrorist country. He used borsch as a russian dish although it is a traditional Ukrainian food which is always mistaken by originating from russia. And lastly, I just understand why wouldn’t he write such song about Israel then, as they do the same thing as russia but to Palestine. Why does he have such a strong opinion about Israel-Palestine war but tries to promote unity in our countries. I hope I have managed to deliver my message clearly.

I don’t really believe the russian passport song is real tbh. A lot of leaks can be fake most of the time. I feel so horrible for joost. I wont stop being a fan but I will be leaving the toxic fandom.

Stop this makes me sad . We should be unity but this cannot be done when Russia is actively culling a whole population. The vile comments are bad but the ones trying to hold him accountable are necessary. Especially since he never spoke on the past association and praise of Russia during active bombing of Ukraine.
