Never saw the original Steve McQueen version, loved the Pierce Brosnan version, hope this one is just as good in its own right. It appears to be taking on more of an Action perspective than the Brosnan version, who knows…can’t always completely judge from a trailer.

For those complaining about this movie being remade again do you think there are that many people under 30 who are going to actively go out and watch the 1968 or 1999 versions? The first two versions were very good movies but they weren't the type of classics that can be rereleased in theaters today and make money so that is one reason Hollywood would remake a film like this again.
