Aloo paratha mixture recipe 500g potatoes, peel, cut into smaller pieces and boil until really soft. Drain the water and mash, making sure there are no bits/lumps Let the potatoes cool and then add: 1 finely chopped red onion Handful of coriander 3 green chillies - finely chopped 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds/zeera (just crush in ur hands) if you don’t have them then just add cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1/4 tsp dried mango powder/amchoor 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves/kausuri methi 1 tsp black pepper Mix well and taste, add a little more of each spice if needed. #indian #punjabi #indianfood #paratha #recipes
