Girl I’m not even being funny, me too!!!! Please save yourself and go to your local podiatrist & get some sole inserts! My arches completely collapsed so I’m having to rebuild them with inserts. They are like $60-$120 and soooo worth it!

Wearing flats so much even with insoles caused so much hip and lower back pain now I go to a acupuncturist, do lengthy morning and night stretches, and have to take yoga classes to relieve the pain 😅
