He ended it because he felt "uncomfortable during our silent moments on the couch" (watching movies he insisted on seeing together, ffs🙄). He did what I've never done to anyone: ended it over text. I returned all of his gifts saying that bc he ended it the way he did, not to my face, not being sincere, meant our entire relationship was a big, fat lie🤷🏻♀️That he'd blindsided me and never gave me a chance to fix this (non-) issue (like not watch movies when together). He got very upset, I walked away. I dont have time for people who can't be sincere enough to say they have a problem with me. And I dont like conflict 😂

Idk he felt he his life was too demanding and he couldn’t show up for me the way he should currently. He was heartbroken and so was I. Maybe it’s just right person wrong time.

Same story. We both broke down crying, his eyes were already red and puffy when he got there. Said that it was the happiest time of his life. And even tho he cant form meaningful attachments and wants to fix it with professional help, when I said that I was rooting for him and he’ll always be special to me he immediately added “then I may come back to you” and he doesnt want to cut me off completely

You just nailed it with what exactly I’m dealing with. I gave her space and kept trying to reach out I finally really gave in on the 3rd week she even asked to hangout but it was completely plutonic. Now it’s off and on with communication especially when her parents got mad about and mind you she’s 25 years old. She has never been on her own and it’s like her parents will not give her independence and she’s told me her childhood experiences it adds up

He told me he just thought he wasn’t built for a relationship that it’s too much pressure, he wants life to be ‘easy’. We were together a year, he told me he loved me everyday. We had the best fun. He was struggling with self worth and happiness which he reassured me wasn’t about me, and that our relationship was worth fighting for like two weeks earlier. But then breaks up with me crying telling me he was built to be alone. What the actual F?! Absolutely heartbroken.
