Gochujang is heaven-sent. I add it every time I eat rice. Also so good if you add tuna or salmon with the rice and Gochujang. yummmm

Next time, cook your meat completely then add your sauce ingredients. Let the liquid cook out of the meat first. It will get crispy.

I made it a few weeks ago and it was fine, but the sauce was pretty bland. I'd add some more spices to it and use a noodle instead of rice next time. Not bad but could be a lot better.
