@bantu8501: The work of a soldier demands courage, discipline and sacrifice. It is a duty performed in all conditions, often far from home, in service of our nation's peace, security and sovereignty. As my border oversight mission concludes, I extend my sincere gratitude to our troops on the front line, our air support teams, and every SANDF division whose professionalism and commitment made this mission a success. Now the real work begins. We must act with urgency to improve the material conditions under which our soldiers serve and strengthen the state of our national defence.
