Your instructions on the recipe seem incomplete or lacking information—it says “bake in a 500 degree oven for 6-8 minutes (until golden on the edges). Reduce the temp to 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour.” But there’s no mention of the water bath. Under the crust it says “as soon as the graham crackers are fine, measure out 2 cups. Combine 2 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with melted butter…” which sounds awkward…That’s a lot of cream cheese to go to waste if the instructions aren’t thorough or mistakes were made when writing them…
