Either build more power generators (try building vertically, even if the pals can't path to get to it, they'll still be able to work on it) or build better power generators with stronger electric pals (a Large Power Generator is a lot better at gathering electricity and is more efficient, even compared to multiple Standard Power Generator, so it's very worth it in investing on better equipment)

Dog coins and then use the black market merchant you can upgrade there electric power to 10 on any pal I just finished leveling up my griz bolt, but dog coins are hard to grind.

make stronger electric pals! like condense them or up the work suitability for electric on a pal, could breed for passives, getting artisan or work slave on an electric pal is super helpful, and the third tier of electric research unlocks an item that makes electric work 20% faster

two helzephyr lux in sakurajima, you can breed them and fully condense. they do not sleep and generate power all night.

Large power generator + Dynamoff and please make sure to research electricity. - if you need some crude oil fast, raid the oil rigs around the map. Every enemy will drop crude oil and sometimes the final cheat will have 100 in it

I have 3 oil rigs they are being powered with 1 fully condensed Solmora Lux also fully upgraded work speed with pal souls. I used 2 electric books on him so electric is at lvl 10, I also gave him insomnia, he makes more then enough power for my entire base. I also have 3 power banks to store power if needed.
