Losing weight in Italy is actually an insane achievement 😅

Went from a 10 to a goddess

Elena Bondi :

After reading all the comments, I think many people have a stereotypical idea of what Italians eat. We don’t actually eat pizza every day! Pizza is more of a weekend or social meal. On a normal day, I might have pasta for lunch, but with vegetables or fish, and then a lighter dinner. It’s all about portion sizes, a balanced diet, and enjoying everything in moderation. The Mediterranean diet is actually considered one of the healthiest and most balanced diets in the world 🍝 🍕
