@missfernandez__: Birks are great and comfy, but are capped in terms of versatility - mainly because they’re ultra casual, so in the event that you need one sandal to be able to take you from long walks to nice dinners, they might fall short. For something ultra versatile, a plain leather sandal - no weaves, minimal embellishments works really well. The sandals I’ve featured here have soft leather straps and a solid footbed (aka the footbed is also not too thin, so if you end up walking for hours, you have support). This brand is made by a podiatrist (@Bared Footwear), so it’s great for narrow, regular and wide set tootsies too. They’ve got a bit of a cult following AND the brand can now be found outside of Australia - in New York. Woot!!
