Mikala + Huskies :
Retractable leash AND prong? Yeah that’s such a good move with a reactive dog…

caramichelle :
A martingale style collar is the way to go with a NON-retractable leash, and preferably one that has a (2nd) lower 'traffic' handle

Y’all so funny bc what if she was just making a satire video and her dog isn’t actually reactive 😭

But why a prong & flexi leash? Those seem to counter balance each other in my opinion. Not hating, genuinely curious.

yall i think it’s just a video. a skit. she had a retractable leash bc her dog is an ACTOR rn. he’s not actually reactive. that’s how skits work. hope this helps 🤍

Steph :
I had a reactive dog once. I can spot them a mile off. With my new dog I try to be the one to go off the trail first so that the reactive dog can keep walking, I figure theyve probably stopped and started enough already.

Walks in town are a zig zag pattern to avoid others.

That leash is so bad for a reactive dog, my dog is reactive I take extra measures, make her lay down in submission if she gets too excited , I have an e-collar along with a lead leash.
