Lots of immature projecting men on here.....she has taken on extra work due to layoffs. She is exhausted and we don't know what happened behind closed doors. 7 weeks is really not that long, barely 2 months. He also sent it to her work email, which could jeopardize her job and their joint financial stability. Sounds like he didn't once try to have an actual conversation and just stewed in resentment instead of communicating. That's abuse.

These comments… 🤯 “his needs werent met”. How about her needs? They both work and somehow she’s the one doing all the chores. Why? While I understand that for men intimacy often is built in bed, and probably that’s all the intimacy most men needs, but for most women intimacy is built outside the bed - non-sexual touches, kisses, communication, and only then the rest follows. If you ignore your wife all day while she is working and cleaning and in the evening when she can finally relax you suddenly remember she exists, then don’t be surprised she is not in the mood. People (including women wth) often talks about “oh poor guy, his needs werent met” and I almost NEVERRR see people talking about needs of a women, how her emotional needs haven’t been met for a looooong time. Stop treating your woman lika a roommate all day, and maybe she won’t reject you in the evening.

Maybe wife would not be so tired if she wasn't working full time only to come home to cook and clean thats another full time job. Cooking/cleaning should be joint effort or hire a housekeeper and you both cook.
