It’s Logic VS Emotional thinking. People who are ruled by their emotions (not just women but anyone) are often hypocritical because they view what’s “right” and “wrong” based on how it makes them feel instead of by a standard that applies across the board even to themselves. If someone does X to them and it makes them feel bad, then it’s bad. But if they themselves do X, it doesn’t make them feel bad when they do it, so then it’s fine and there’s suddenly a reason why it’s justified for them. Emotion is a great motivator for action, but an enemy of truth. Logic is good for finding truth, but can make you insensitive. Both are needed, but for specific things. Don’t try to squeeze the square peg into the round hole or you’ll have problems. Some people try to think with emotion and others try to feel with logic, and it just muddies everything up.
