Do you already feel a shift? I'm menopausal. I suffer derangement on a daily basis. However, 2 weekends ago, in the midst of a heatwave....I felt strange, vibrations and the feeling of butterflies in my stomach and slightly nauseous.....still feeling the after effect but time has changed for me...the weeks are too long...time has slowed...has anyone felt or felt this? I wake up at night, feeling I must have been asleep 8 hours, when only 3 hours...I feel everything is upside down
