@ballnbackpack: Being alone doesn’t have to feel lonely… If you choose to work on yourself and find things you enjoy, solitude can be peaceful and help you to grow. It gives you space to get clear on who you are. Then you can start showing up in the world from a place of confidence, rather than chasing approval. Football is just one example of that for me. When I’m playing, my problems disappear and I feel joy. The important thing is to use your time alone wisely, set goals and make progress. I’ve been where you are, and this is what I did to grow into someone that believes anything is possible. I’m pretty sure there’s loads of guys going through something similar, and if you’re one of them, we’re in this together🫶⚽️
