you need to learn how to read card effects but solemn judgement negates smh it negates the summon as a whole since the summon is negates the effect can't activate if it was just a destroy effect the monster would still activate its effect since its summon is legal it can activate before destruction but the negates prevents it from even hitting the bored canceling the effect
