Notice how she got a believable exit unlike Alex Karev who they completely fkn ruined for all time and attempted to ruin him in totality. I imagine the actor had to have abruptly decided to leave - even Burke who was pushed out for VALID reasons got a SIGNIFICANTLY better exit.
