balkan countries were so long dominated by Turkey that their culture changed. The music sounds like the Orient. The foods are different sorts of kebab. In Russia musik without the Turkisch influence is quite different. And there is no such kebab grilling culture. I mean they grill as well but this is a relatively new trend and it is not everyday food. Pure picknick food. Everyday food is different. No chevapcici.
