I heard back surgery is the worst. There are so many stories of people who have pain for life even after back surgery.

I’ve always heard with surgeries that once they cut you open, that’s it. Surgery is always a last resort.

A torn labrum is hard to rest to prevent the worsening of the tear. After years of blue collar work and volleyball the tear was so bad in my husband’s shoulder they had to lower where his bicep attaches. Now he’s back to normal. Sometimes surgery is a must to give back quality of life.

if you have full tear rotator cuff or full labrum tears. exercise would not repair them. it won't heal correctly.

I had a disc explode in my back, touching nerves. There’s no way I’m going to go work out and try to heal itself. Full of crap.

Had a bad sciatica flare up, getting an MRI soon to see what's going on, hopefully I get answers, but won't go for surgery unless it severely affects quality of life.

Yes surgery should always be last resort but drs push it on you so hard! We have helped so many patients not need surgery at my work. It blows my mind how many people just agree and have a surgery.
