Mechanic here. This will progressively get better if you are determined to fix the problem. The first thing you need to do is go to your nearest Walmart or preferred store that sells a 5 gallon bucket and at least 20-25lbs of rice. After that you're going to have to dump that rice in the bucket without making a mess. Next you're going to pretend you're digging for the leprechaun gold and you're going to keep at it for 30 secs each arm. By week two you should be able to increase your time from 30 secs to 1 minute. I recommend following some brief tutorials in case you get bored or want to target different areas of your forearms. At the same time grab a tennis ball or stress ball and squeeze that sucker to help build grip strength. This should help you keep that steering wheel from disobeying you while you drive. Probably bad tie rods. I've also seen this happen because a tire had a bubble and worn out tread on the inner half of their tire from not getting aligned. Crawl under your front end and look at the tires.

Look up Ford death wobble and it will tell yiu all the possibly causes. Fords are notorious for the wobble.

I hate that dumbass people comment stupid shit instead of helpful stuff so this dude can take care of himself. Does your truck slightly want to move to the right or left constantly? And does it only shake when you hit that certain speed threshold? If so it could be one of the control arms. If it veers to the right check your passenger side control arm. If it veers left driver side. Even more so if that sides tire is more worn than the other side.
